Maruti Suzuki India — 8 months old s cross 1.6a, engine problem | |||||
I had bought this top end version of s cross from nexa, pasco, gurgaon on 30th july 2017. She was serviced by pasco at their wshop at nominated kms/time with no problems. On 21st april while on the highway near my residence in gurgaon, saw battery warning, then ac stopped, i reached home after few mins and parked her in basement. Registered a complaint with maruti road side assistance, they attended and advised that her fan belt has broken and no spares available as yet for s cross and advised not to run the car. 22nd april raised the issue with pasco who were trying for belt from various sources but none was available, finally they got same from maruti udyog by late evening. 23rd morning technicians visited and they changed the belt but again there was a sound coming from engine so it was decided to tow the car to wshop which was done. Since 23rd april my car is lying with pasco and the fault has not been zeroed in and they are not sure when they will be able to return the car. Its really pathetic state of affairs when a car costing upwards of 13.5 lakhs and only 8 months old is now being ripped apart to detect the problem. I would like maruti management to please get involved in this and arrange for either replacing this witha new scross 1.6a or refund of money. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have booked baleno delta(petrol) in Nexa pitampura(Krish motors) on 31/1/2017. They told me that they will deliver the car approximately in 3 months but now they are saying that it will take 3-4 months more.Please help me we need our car urgently.
