I gave my Maruti Dzire car for repairing work to LMJ Services Limited, Pali (Rajasthan) in the month of August 2022.
The employee of LMJ Services Limited, Pali had lost my car’s key during the service of my car. I have not received the new key even after almost 4 months have passed, which is lost by the employee of the company.
I had lodged a complaint at maruti customer care id - [protected]@maruti.co.in on 3rd of November and my ref. no. is [protected] and today i.e. 22nd November even after 19 days, I have not received any solution from any side.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
