Maruti Suzuki India — AMT gearbox unit damaged during repair

My Swift AMT gear box unit demaged during repair and now asking to replace whole gear box unit and payment has to be paid by me. Also raised a complaint through maruti customer service but no one is bothered. My car is at Maruti service centre since 21 mar 2023.
