Maruti Suzuki India — bad servicing due to unskilled staff

Hi,

I purchased ciaz shvs on november 15 from your dealership rohan motors, greater noida (Ciaz shvs, up16 bc 2909). And have been taking it for servicing on regular basis. Unfortunately, the servicing has not been satisfactory because the i have experienced the serious issues with the shvs technology in car. Last service was done on 25th march 18 (Motorcraft sector 10 noida) and i highlighted this to the motorcraft person however they dint take any action on it and just handed over the car to me by saying that there is no issues with the car and said that the battery is slight weak (Not full charged). On 28th april 18 after the service, the vehicle developed serious faults when i was driving back home with my wife[steering of the car got jammed, headlight, brakes, horn stopped working completely], rendering the vehicle unfit to drive. The car became a threat to our life because of the carelessness and unskilled motorcraft staff.

Again i raised this concern to motorcraft and they came to pick my car after 5 days (After continuously calling them multiple times in a day). They were not even able to identify the problem at that time. And now they are saying that the shvs system is not working and need to be replaced.

Then i took it to the nearby nexa service centre (Sector 5 noida) and they identified that the isg is not working and will cost ~60k for repairing it.

Because of the unskilled staff and their carelessness i suffered this much and got huge damage in my car. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the servicing staff and the vehicle. Coz this is not accepatable where the main part (Shvs to which each and every system of car is integrated)

I would appreciate it if you could organise to fix my problem. As i am sure you can appreciate, i rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost.

I look forward to settling this matter amicably.
