Maruti Suzuki India — Bluetooth cord of music system found in broken condition | |||||
Desr Sir, I have a Maruti Suzuki Car owner when my car handed over to Wardha workshop that time music system of Sony make with bluetooth was attached in my car but, at the time of car delivery after maintenance/repairs I inspect the all accessories of my car and noticed bluetooth cord found in broken condition. I raised the complaint immediate to Mr. Gajanan those who handed over my car & explain him about my losses. He told me that he is not responsible for the same and asked me you directed to Mr. Rahul who supervised your car at the time of maintenance. The same complaint also given at Wardha Show Room but, they advise me you will put up the complaint in writing. Car details : MARUTI CELERIO VXI, SOLD BY DATED 23.10.2015, REG. NO. MH32Y3064 CAR HANDED OVER AT WARDHA SHOW ROOM FOR REPAIR ON 16.11.2016 CAR DILIVERED (HANDED OVER) TO ME BY MARUTI WORK SHOP, NAGPUR ON 01.12.2016 Please sort out the problem and reply by return mail awaited.
