Greetings !
This is to inform you that i have given my car on last 2.5 months back for an accident repair to the workshop .
The work shop person promised me to give my car back within a month .
I would like to inform you that still my car lying with the workshop for 2.5 months.
i can able to understand that when could i will get it back ...
every one promised me along with your TSM Mr Vikas also, that they all are trying to resolve the issue within a short period .
As i would like to inform you that as i use Taxi to go for an far distance for which i pays worth @ 2 k on daily basis .
i am going to suit against you all for the mentel harrasment.
if all the above issues persists then how can we be sure that the service center is capable enough to service the car, how will we sustain in the after market, as this is also the major factor while choosing the car to buy.
it took me some time to raise this issue to customer care team as before i was trying hard to convince the service center team to repair the vehicle properly or not but eventually today as my father visited there their GM Mukteshwar Chaudhary started shouting by using unparliamentary languages for which i have to bring this into your attention.
Please look into this matter and support, Also i would request you to arrange the full audit in order to find out if they are processing the service and repair job done
properly.
