I complained over headlights moisture and Bharath auto car pvt LTD called me for my headlights warrenty claim this people will call me up and tell me that the warranty is rejected, and they ask me to claim for insurance for new headlight replacement. Do you people think i am stupid enough to claim insurance for headlights without any accident?? Should I lose my no claim bonus (NCB) I'll get a history of headlights replacement as accidental damage Because of manufacturing issue should I claim insurance is this the way you MSIL missguide people?
Which is unacceptable i m covered with 5 years warranty and car is just 2 years old and 14, 300kms done i have been raising this headlight issue from past 6 months just after the issue but not a single person from maruti suzuki registered the complaint in thier job card and how they say car is out of warranty
I don't understand one thing car has no external damage or anything both left and right headlights are getting moistured and which is very difficult during night to drive I can say it's totally manufacturing defect but showroom is not responding to my complaint
It's covered under warranty just two years 2 months old vehicle which has got a extended warranty for 5 years with 1, 00, 000km says warranty can't be provided, that is totally unacceptable and MSIL is just fooling around with thier customers now. Playing with customers emotions.
So Mr. K Mohan says we can help You to change the headlights with Goodwill and is he is asking me to bear some amount. Which is totally disgusting and unacceptable why would I need to pay extra ? When it's a manufacturing defect from a company
