I lodged my complaint with you on 17/01/2023 regarding exaggerated servicing charges amounting Rs 4539/ by your local authorised dealer audi motors jodhpur, which includes labour charges Rs 2060/ of routine servicing. sorry to say that till date response from your side is still awaited which gives clear impression about your poor functioning and casual attitudes. Not responding to lodged complaint itself is a cognizable offence.if you will not respond to my lodged complaint within 02 days period i will approach to court of land at your cost.This mail may be treated as legal notice from my side. The servicing charges are on very higher side and quality of routine servicing done was very poor. This is broad daylight open looting and cheating.Such kind o[censored]ncultured and cheating acts was never expected from the Auto company like MAruti Suzuki .Also the workshop manager was very arrogant.mannerless and non cooperative. As I feel minimum Rs 2500/ has been charged in excess without doing any kind of servicing to my Baleno car RJ19CJ4511.I request your office to kindly direct your local dealer Audi motors JOdhpur to refund me full amount Rs 4536/ paid to them by me asno servicing was done by them except washing the car
