I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I have experienced with my Maruti Suzuki SWIFT, VIN RJ45CQ3990. I am disappointed with the performance and service provided by Maruti Suzuki, and I wish to file a complaint regarding the refusal to replace the clutch on my vehicle, which was damaged at an unacceptably low mileage of only 10, 000 kilometers.
I immediately brought my vehicle to the authorized Maruti Suzuki service center, where it was diagnosed with a damaged clutch. To my surprise, I was informed by the service center that the clutch is not covered under warranty and would not be replaced by Maruti Suzuki. Also, it was mentioned by the CRM at KP Nexa Kanakpura Jaipur, that the clutch is damaged due to extra flooring installed in the car.
I am highly disappointed with this response as the clutch is a vital component of the vehicle's transmission system, and its premature failure at a mere 10, 000 kilometers is unacceptable. I believe that the clutch issue is a manufacturing defect, and it is not due to any negligence or misuse on my part. Was this information helpful? |
