Actually I booked a car on 11th of June and waiting period was of 30 days but due to delay in delivery I registered a complaint on 12th Aug with complaint no [protected]. I called the customer care on 30th just to get any update but to my surprise they told me that the complaint has been closed .
Now my concern is why no resolution has been provided for the complaint made earlier and even after making me waiting for 20days now the customer care executive has registered another complaint. Now how much more time is maruti going to take to provide resolution for the complaint and is their any authority who is going to provide details how compaint got closed without providing information to the registered customer.
