Maruti Suzuki India — Defective Tyre | |||
I have purchased Maruti Brezza RTO registration number MH-49-AE-0597 in the month of April 2016. On[protected] during travelling from Umrer to Nagpur. My car one of the rear tyre got burst automatically on the Tar road which is in good condition. On that date my car was travelled only 2, 400 km. I have given the tyre to the Maruti dealer Seva Automotive, Amravati road, Nagpur. Then I have received the message form the Service Engineer Mr. Subhash of Seva Automotive that " Please collect your MRF tyre 205-60-R-16 from us within 7 days as it has been rejected by MRF service engineer on 22-08.2016." I request you to do the third party inspection of the defective MRF tyre from the Government accredited organisation. Also I request you to kindly replace the tyre and issue a new one, else I will go to consumer court for justice. Waiting for your positive and early response. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked Ciaz ZDI+ RS (Black Color) on July 7th. I was promised that I'll get it in 4-6 weeks time and now they are saying it will be another 4-6 weeks.
