Dear sir/madam
I had received your confirmation booking through your vm-maruti sms on 07.03.16 stating that booking @ sree saradhambal automobiles & you are eligible for a customer docket with written documents
Please note that till date i have made lot mails on this delay, even team maruti asked me for the booking details, same submitted by me one month back
But till date no communication from any time maruti about my tentative date of dispatch
The concern is, am under auto loan with sbi & it is going to lapse in few days & no proper communication from any time maruti team
Please make arrangement for the proper communication & keep in loop with the customer on your actions to satisfy the customers
Expecting swift response on this matter is highly appreciated
