Complaint against maruti and thier pet alliance Universal Sompo -
1) Surveyor on what basis claiming that my damage is OLD and Accumulated one. Please share earlier images to prove the same, as all my services are done in an Authorised service centre and all the images have been taken every time services/ body work are being done - by the dealer as all the time cars are collected from my home. Could not also find the Surveyor in the Payroll of the company, so have not marked him.
2) Policy attached, no where it is mentioned, how many days old claims can't be given, sharing of general basic guidelines is missing in policy, if same is in boldly mentioned, why should I delay in submitting my car, as my car is very frequently used, it has ran only 20000 km in 6 years.
3) Premier needs to prove that damages are not old, which Mr. Soumen Dutta had missed while raising the claim, how come Sompo is telling damages are old, that should be handled by him and not me. He has failed in his duties and created a bad image of the Premier.
4) Delay in response, as my CAR was accepted by Premier on 17th Morning, tll Yesterday was Mr. Somen Dutta Sleeping or Surveyor sleeping.
5) Maruti Dealer's keep on cross selling 3M Anti-Corrosion Treatments package, but the accumulated one might be referred by surveyor is the same. ie. Rusting at bottom of Car at right hand might be same.
Accident details :-
Accident happened on 14th August 22, where the right side from start till end car got damaged.
Right side front door and back door scratch till back body. In same event front door lock got damaged, same lock is not opening from outside, bumper black color rubber also fell at site of accident, front right bumper, broke out. How come this is OLD and accumulated, surveyor is Overconfident but he has no proof.
Accident happened with a two wheeler, which hit on the right side, and eventually the left side also damaged at the bottom of the left front gate, where it collided with a triricksaw, a lot of damage happened.
On 4th of August, car collided with the divider and bottom portion, below the front gate. And because of continuous rainfall rusting happened, and from inside maximum rusting was very old, but outside there was no rusting. Inside rusting has happened because of a Poor Quality product by maruti or 3M Anti-Corrosion Treatments was not done at the Service centre.
Why Maruti has to be dependent on 3rd Party, like 3M car Detailing to protect their product. Also why no action has been taken by the dealer/ service centre, if something is getting accumulated as per Surveyor.
Premier or Sompo needs to provide evidence and proof to reject my claim. Its a combined fault of both, as my car was never serviced outside service centre, same can be tracked in Maruti server.
Mr. Soumen Dutta needs to write more effective and mature mails, with evidence. As he is now in court of IRDA and a case already filed in consumer forum. Next will be the legal approach by monday.
