Maruti Suzuki India — ertiga car rusting within 2 years of purchase

I purchased a branch new ertiga in the year dec 2014. To my shock it started developing rust marks on many places within 2 years. When i first complained about this to my dealer shivam auto, they gave me complimentary servicing of the rusted portions by painting it. To my further dismay barely two months after this it started developing rust marks at the same places and many more. On again complaining it to shivam auto they sent the email to maruti suzuki. I got revert from the territory manager of maruti suzuki stating that the rusting is due to external factors. He started showing me the rule book stating its not covered in maruti suzuki warranty. They are just washing their hands off and saying i will have to replace all the four doors as the rust is only on all the four doors. I fail to understand which car starts rusting in 2 years? The agm od shivam auto had sent the complain mail to msil in april 2017 when the complain was first given to them.. Msil has not bothered to reply since then.

I have written to them asking about the below points. Still no reply

.• what external factors are being pointed at for the rust formation within 2 years of purchasing the car that has not even run for a 20000 kms as on date?
• i understand painting is not covered under warranty. However this is not just a painting problem. The quality of the metal used is of low grade hence the rust has started forming within 2 years. So definitely this is a manufacturing problem exposed below the paint cover.
• have you investigated with the batch of ertigas that were manufactured with the same raw materials as that of my car in the same batch?
• before purchasing this ertiga in dec 2014, i have been using a ten year old santro which did not have any rusting issue under the same external factors which this ertiga has been exposed to as per your comment. Moreover my society has so many cars many much older than my car and none have this issue.
• no reply received to the complaint since 27th april 2017 till date when it has been raised by one of your gm nikhil parulkar (Shivam autozone) kandivali where i have serviced my car from the first servicing till date. Refer the trail mail below.

I expect a permananet resolution to my problem and msil should replace my car doors as its highly appauling quality of metal that seems to have been used which has startedrusting in two years. The company should emphatize and not wash off their hands like this.

The rusting issue started way back in 2016 year end but i was not in a state to complain then as i had lost my son at that time. This was pointed out in april 2017 when the vehicle was due for servicing and at that time workshop guys acknowledged the issue and gave the complimentary treatment and painting done at many places and charged me for a few places where rusting was present. However just in a span of two months again the problem resurfaced at the same places and many more. Since my amc service was due this month i bought it to the notice of nikhil (The agm of shivam auto) again this time. I have a great emotional attachement with this car as this car was bought for my son on his wish and he is no more as i have lost him to cancer. I have taken great care of this car and would not want it to get rusted and go to a scrapyard.
