I have given my car for the 3rd servicing. I already had very bad experience in last two services and this time i was worst than ever. I had my ac working perfectly earlier but as best of my understanding they replaced my ac units control panel with a bad one in 2nd service which i realized very late few days back. It was supposed to be rectified in 3rd service.
They mentioned as its in warranty it would be replaced with a new one and they never put a old / repaired part in such a case. But when i tested the switch (Air direction adjustment) it was sticking in between. The service guy talked like - ye koi lohkhand (Metal piece) thori hai jo itni jor se ghumaya, ghuma ke kharab kar diya ab repair karna parega. Actually just putted a repaired part already and did not do it properly also. Latter manager told me that i should operate switch like one setting at a time and it may take like 30 - 40 seconds to reach from one end to another end. To my whole experience of years till now, no body operate ac direction adjustment switch this way. Anyhow they now refused to provide me a new part again and said now only repaired part is possible. They are also not able to provide me any proof that the part placed for new one. There were lot more mishandling in service and sales both. But hard to mention each thing. Now i refused to accept the car in the current condition and willing a resolution of the problem. They already kept me waited for 4 days without giving any logical reason. Also, i expect a little manners and softness in the way the service center people talk to me. Was this information helpful? |
