Delay in delivery of baleno car after committing for 10-12 weeks.
I booked baleno sigma in december on 31.12.2015 (Which makes it 3 month 7 days today). Till date i haven't got any updates about my booking status from nexa.
However, i observed that it's client duty to check the status and ask the dealer about the delivery status of the booked vehicle. Though they are very polite and saying “sir, please share you’re booking details and will get back to you in few minutes. After that you should wait at least one or two days to get the status.
After no response i discuss with the branch sales head. He told me that nexa company is not providing them the vehicle as per their booking. The dealer committed me that he will share my vehicle delivery status on 4th april and will allocate some sales representative to discuss about this but unfortunately one call arrive from branch sales head’s phone but my bad luck he was talking to somebody else and wasn’t aware about this . After that i tried to reach them and number was busy or no response. They always say will tell you shortly but never call back.
Today, luckily branch sales head picked up my call but again it was my bad luck that i called up @ 6:55 pm when they were leaving for the day. In spite of saying no to me he was talking to me very casually when i shared my booking details and reminded him that you had committed call back on 4th april to share the status then he shared that he was on training and forgot his deliverables. I requested him can i come right now to discuss about this than answer was sorry we are close for today .
After this, luckily i got one call @ 7:20 pm where someone from sales team requesting about my booking and apologizing on sales head behalf. I requested them to talk about this tomorrow because you are already close for the day.
I observed they are lacking in client communication and client dealing. It’s very worst practice by the nexa where the dealer is taking the booking and nexa group doesn’t have any visibility that who & when booked the vehicle and when the vehicle delivered to the client. I called up the nexa customer care they told me that they can’t see my booking details.
There are really better options in market, people will be forced to drift and opt for them if not delivered soon. Was this information helpful? |
