Maruti Suzuki India — Huge delay in delivery - vitara brezza - no response from maruti | |||
I have booked vitara brezza, zdi, red colour model thru abt maruthi ltd, guindy, chennai. On 3rd march 2016, i did the booking with initial amount rs. 10000/-, later on march 14th i paid another rs.11000/-. On that day i was told by abt executive that the number of booking was around 20. After a week i inquired, they promised to deliver the vehicle within 6 - 8 weeks. Now around 10 weeks completed, till date i didn't get any update from abt guindy chennai. When i inquired, they told only 15 vehicles delivered to them till date. They expect next delivery from you by end of may 2016, in that also they don't know whether my vehicle will be addressed or not. In the news there were around 7000 vehicles produced and delivered by msil. Abt guindy might have delivered atleast 40 brezza vehicles for the last two and half months.In this case i should have received my brezza vehicle. I strongly believe that either some customer priority changes might happened, or maruthi suzuki india limited is delaying the delivery to abt. I'm trying to get the information thru the chennai regional office but no response from them, the regional sales manager is not picking the phone. Sent couple of mails to "[protected]@maruthi.Co.In", no reply. When i called the delhi head office, operator is not picking the call. Can you please investigate and let me know how many brezza vehicles you had been delivered to abt maruthi ltd., guindy chennai.
