Maruti Suzuki India — I am complaining about late delivery of booked vehicle. | |||
This is to bring in your kind notice that i aasim ali s/o firasat ali booked a maruti suzuki dezire lxi model in white colour with dd motor's situated at d-194, okhla industrial area, phase -1, new delhi on 13/03/2016. My allotment no is 3902152. Tentative waiting period was mentioned 6-8 weeks at the time of booking. Further would like to add in the same that till date i haven't got the delivery of my vehicle resulting in rs 1000 per day loss to me. I would like to understand that if a dealer is running short of supply of vehicle and is not capable of giving delivery then why that particular dealer do the booking at that time. Now today dealer is saying that it will take another 2-3 weeks in delivery. I would like to add in this that despite monetary loss of per day iam also mentally harassed due to this wrong commitments made by the dealer.
