Maruti Suzuki India — Inconvenience Faced After Purchase Of Car | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to above mentioned subject, I Shanti Kumar Jindal purchased Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZDI+ on 03/01/17. Where I was harassed at the time of delivery of car, please note following:- · I made full and final payment of car on 31/12/16 and took delivery on 20/01/2017, where I purchased car from Audi Motors, Churu and got delivery from Audi Motors, Jhunjhunu. · Till date i.e 10/02/2017 I have not received Form No.22, where when enquired in Churu they said that we are cooperating that is more than enough and forced us to ask in Jhunjhunu. When we enquired in Jhunjhunu they said that the necessary form is at Sri GangaNagar for which it will take two to three days to make you available at Churu. · We went to DTO office on 10/02/217 for registration where the DTO denied registration due to non availability of Form No.22. Kindly note DTO office 75 Kilometers from my place. I wasted my whole day there and still with no results due to highly unprofessional behavior of the staff and carelessness done by authorized personal of Maruti Suzuki Brand. · Also I purchased extra accessories which were not available anywhere in Jhunjhunu, Churu and Jaipur. For which I suffered three days in Jaipur, Churu and Jhunjhunu. Hence, kindly look in to the matter and answer the reasons for which I was suffered and harassed by such a big brand like Maruti Suzuki. Was this information helpful? | |||
