Maruti Suzuki India — Lies about simran motors | |||||
Respected Sir/Madam, I am the member of Maruti Suzuki family since last two years.I have Maruti car model CELERIO VXI AMT Registration No.MH46AL1933. last two years car performance was good but last one month I have problem in my car so I was going my near showroom SIMRAN MOTORS PANVEL to dignose the problem but I am surprise that how could the simran motors told me your car on testing last 25 days my car in simran motors hand only for testing in that time simran motors executives calling me 4 to 5 times for your car was ready but every time they only says its on checking. showroom executives not intimate me any progress or dignose and they cant find the problem and dignose properly. I was respect the MARUTI SUZUKI but simran motors have no structural process on client servicing & repairing it seems very peculiar that a proffesional organization like MARUTI SUZUKI. I guess have done a mistake by purchasing & trusting a brand like Maruti. Would request service team of maruti india to take my complaint seriously & should understand the gross issue behind it an immediate response to my mail & resolution to my issue would be highly appropriate, but if the your team will not taking any action about my issue therefore I will going to consumer court and after that I am not responsible for it.
