This is yog raj sharma here from sarkaghat distt mandi (H. P), and i am also working on vendor end of msil.
I had purchased maruti swift vxi (O) in 2016
And last week faced a accident so for repair car given to tricity arena maruti zirakpur. Car given at 21.05.2019 and received at 27.05.2019.
In that time period they change engine cover, front bumper & some other inner parts.
I had faced a issue during this work as bumper material quality is very low as compared to bumper came with vehicle, paint done by tricity is 3rd class painting as engine cover paint is showing pits in inner side. Even though as per them your team it is gun spray paint so sometime this type may happen. But why this happen only with maruti, why not with others? At delivery time i had to wait approx 1.5hrs just because all that small small pending works. Now i want a justification can we improve quality of this material or this will remain as it is.
Also washing team is very low for this showroom. I had given feed back form with low rating many times to tricity autos but nothing being updated from day one to till. They are working just to sell their vehicle nothing else more than it.

Delivery - 10/10,
Dealing of employee-10/10,
Paint work - 4/10,
Washing - 4/10,
Quality of material - 5/10.
