Maruti Suzuki India — Manufacturing defect | |||||
Dear sir/madam I dr gaurav sirohi have a swift dezire model in the name of my father shri jaipal singh with regestration no-up21bd7548. I always use to service my car on time at m/s akanksha automobiles gajraula u. P. Before six month i had make a complaint about my car there were some problem in my car regarding wobbling in the speed between 25 kmps to 40 kmps. Firstly service center staff denied about the problem. They said there is no such type of problem in your car. But when i regularly face same problem then they said there may be some problem in your car's axel. I said please change it. They changed my left side front axel. But problem were same. When i make complained again they change right side axel of my car. But problem were same. Then there were some technical team came to check my car from maruti suzuki company. They also said this problem will be definitely in the diesel version. But when i said there are three more same cars in my family there is no such type problem in these cars. Then they said ok we will workout on this problem. Please give us time for one month. But there is no response from maruti suzuki. Then i called tsm. They called me for checkup my car. There were a mechanic in akanksha automobile with the name of jahangeer. When he take test drive of my car then he find out there is some problem in tyres. When he checked tyres physically. All four tyres were damaged. After listen this me were totally disappointed with the service of akanksha automobile as well as maruti suzuki's services. Because there is no proper diagnosis criteria to check the vehicle. Because the take 5-6 moths to diagnose the problem. Now i totally disappointed after listen this. After they made a latter for tyre (Mrf) company. Firstly tyre vendor denied to change the tyre. But when i make request then they said ok you should go to the head office of mrf. I knw now you will say this is not our responsibility. You should go to the related vendor. But i am very disappointed after this. Now i am thinking to sale out my car or go to the court. One more thing when i discus with tsm to short out my car's problem he said its your problem you should go to the vendor. I said sir - can i make a mail to the company it may be helpful to resolve my problem. Then he said mail come to me and nobody can help you, i am the only person who can help you. If you will make a mail to the maruti it will come to me only. What is this??? Can any responsible person from whole company take responsibility to shortout my problem. After it i will never go for any complained/service to the authorized service center. I will use local mechanic otherwise you should change my all four tyres. Because this is the manufacturing defect. And i have to use 8-10 time to go to the service center for only single same problem. What about my important time which i waste for a single problem. What about my mental harassment. Maruti gives me defected car. I don't want to spent a single rupee for the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
