Sir, i had taken delivery of the car on 19 feb. Just before the delivery i was told that to fix the mud flaps the bidding will have to be cut which was not acceptable to me for a new car. When the mud flaps were fixed, they were loose and had gaps in all four flaps. This was pointed out to the dealers who said it is a manufacturing fault. 2. While driving i felt the noise level go up due to passage of air and rain water coming on the wind shield - a safety issue. This was pointed out to vipul motors workshop sect 63 noida in the first service with no remedy. Since then i have failed to get any remedy from nexa or the workshop. 3. On 17 mar i was called to the workshop and directed to go to nexa. Manager nexa told me that they will remove the four flaps and pay me the cost. He added that this model does not require mud flaps. I then asked him as to why four flaps were fitted initially. Failing to get a remedy i have given a written complaint to the senior manager nexa on 17 mar. There is no response to date. 4. As of date my car is without mud flaps and the body gets dirty every time the car passes over a wet patch. 5. I request maruti to uphold the faith we have in you and fix the mud flap issue. Regards.
