My name is monzy thomas from mysore and i had purchased ertiga from mandovi motors mysore.
Major marathi suzuki ertiga diesel cars are having gear box synchronization issue with 1st and 2nd gear. Company is never bothered to fix it by calling back the cars and even service centres just change synchronization ring and send and after 5000 kms again same issue starts. I had again given my car for service for the same issue 3rd time and i explained the works manager how to service it by referring the videos. Even suzuki service center works managers are not aware how to fix it permanently.
Now as it is third time even they are not bothering to take the car to service and fix it as they need approval from there works manager.
2 service advisors mr santhosh and mr. Guruprasad from mandovi motors mysore inspected the car and did not even bother to take the car and i was waiting searching for works manager. This is very pathetic and disgusting service by mandovi motors mysore which need to be addressed and the marathi suzuki ho to ensure all dealers are trained to service the vehicles as per standards and ensure dealers and kept updated for the modified items for faults and not only for selling.
