Maruti Suzuki India — My vehicle not feeling well I need the change of new car on priority | |||||
Reference to purchase of maruti celerio mh12 np 7780 dated 27.12.2016, After received of car we done the regular service on 1000km, after that we got the issues of car get switch off any time, On date second week of 12 feb. 2017 we got the problem of car in lonawala, we ask your concern person regarding the same issue, Again on 21st feb. 2017 we got same issue we called them but no one respond to us, on 22nd we reach showroom and ask to resolve the problem, He resolved the issue and handover the car on 23rd feb. 2017, We again got same problem on highway dated 25th feb. 2017, due to immediate switch off on highway we just save our life due to our good relations with god, After that your team collected car from express highway and till date we have not received the same, Your team not given satisfy answer for our problem due which our life was in trouble and for which definitely maruti suzuki was totally responsible, Considering the situation dated 25th feb. 2017, we are not in position to received the car with full answer and satisfaction, Considering new car and with warranty, we request you to replace my car with new one, Thanks, hanumant yenpure Was this information helpful? | |||||
