Dear maruti team,
My car had met with accident and was submitted to workshop on 11th july 2016, today i am on 20th sept and still no proper updates that when can i get my car back.
I know writing this mail would incur a negative to my car only as that's still under repair which would result into either lower level of service or higher cost for repair, but knowing this also i am forced to write this mail as only i know that what i am undergoing through without car for close to 3 months.
I am unable to accept that the damage that my car had undergone would take this amount of time to get repaired.
The unfortunate part is that after a company of such an repute is not even bothered that what its customer is going through.
I am associated with maruti from years but this is for 1st time i have came across such an pathetic level of service. I am confused who is responsible for this maruti as a company of dealer magic auto.
