Maruti Suzuki India — Poor service and found many scratches marks done by workshop. | |
Dear sir/madam, I bought my new ertiga in January 2016. It got a small accident from left side of front. I gave it for service to raj sneh service center at baraut, distt. Baghpat, uttar predesh. They told me it would take 15 days in repairing my car. After 15 days i saw my car has got a lot of scratches marks on right side of window. I complained for it to maruti suzuki customer care with all details on 5 march 2016. Till then i enquire about the status of my complaint.. they repeatedly reply me that your complain is under process. No action has been taken so far after 7 days. On 11 i received my car after service. I am completely dissatisfied with the service provider workshop. Hope you will take the matter seriously. My complain no. is [protected]. With regards. ...
