Hi,
MY name is Vishal Kambli and I have purchased an Alto 800 CNG from your showroom on 9th November, 2015.
The car which was delivered to me has a starting problem.. From last 6-7 days I was unable to start the car if it stops running. I thought of escalating this issue once I visit the service centre during my first service but today on the petrol pump I was not able to start the car at all….When I was trying to call Maruti service it was not reachable, as the car was stuck in the middle of the road I was forced to call a local mechanic and identify the problem. Post checking it was to a surprise that the nuts of the battery clamp was not fitted at all and the car was not able to get the current because of which my vehicle use to stop while running.
Secondly the kenwood system fitted by you gets restart 7-8 times in day and we have to wait till it starts playing.
Thirdly both the back doors are vibrating and a noise comes continuously during driving.
Also the wheel cap of front left wheel was lose fitted which I have done the fitting from local mechanic.
Please let me know do you people have a serious PDI team or you fool people by delivering such cars and make us suffer after paying you 4lacs.
It was very embarrassing to stop a vehicle in a traffic and start working on a silly problem..
I have all the video recording for the reference.
I was about to write this mail to Maruti service but Ms Subha from Ghatkoper brach had called and she will picking up my vehicle tomorrow from Rabale to check the issue.
You will repair my vehicle now but what about the inconvenience and embarrassment caused because of you people.
Do you people take such things for granted?????
