Maruti Suzuki India — Quality Concerns Regarding Brezza Car Tires

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Gaurav Agrawal, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of tires on the Brezza cars that my colleague, Mr. Virendra Singh, and I purchased from your authorized dealerships.
We acquired the Brezza cars on[protected] &[protected] respectively from your dealership SNV Automobiles Private Limited, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad & Vipul Motors Pvt. Limited Noida, and unfortunately, we have been consistently facing tire puncture issues due to cut with small gravel stones . To provide a clear overview, three tires of the Brezza purchased on[protected] have suffered punctures and air leakage from wall body, and one tire from the MARUTI BREZZA LXI CNG 1.5L 5MT BS6 purchased on[protected] has also faced the puncture issue.
Despite residing in Noida and primarily using the cars on well-maintained roads, the frequent tire punctures have become a significant inconvenience for us.

Given the persistent issues we have faced, we kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. We believe that the repeated tire punctures are a result of subpar tire quality. Therefore, we request you to replace the tires with ones of superior quality to ensure the safety and satisfaction of your customers.
Both Mr. Virender Singh and I have been loyal customers of Maruti. I previously owned a Maruti Wagon R DUO LPG car with the number UP16X 1990, and Mr. Virender Singh was using a Maruti Alto car with the number DL8CW3446.
