I had booked a vehicle -Brezza on 4th April'16 and due to delay in delivery i had to cancel the booking on 6th June'16. The cancellation information was given at least one month before the written information. But the refund of amount was not done till date. Whenever contacted they were telling the reason that the director is not available in India to sign the cheque. Mr Tapas Kumar Sahu (dealer in Jyote M.No. [protected]) and Ms. Sarmishta Patnaik, Customer care Manager (M.No.[protected]) are always making some excuses and not telling when the amount will be refunded. We do not expect such kind of attitude and negligence from big brand like Maruti. Therefor, You are requested to look into the matter and do the immediate steps to refund the amount at the earliest.
