Maruti Suzuki India — requirement of eeco cng cap

We are using 3 maruti ecco models for transportation purpose and all the three are having company fitted cng kit. Cng cap of one ecco is lost and now we require it in pune. We have purchased all these three cars from sai service ltd jangli maharaj road pune, authorised dealer of maruti suzuki ltd. We are asking them for this part from last three months and after several follow ups also they are not able to provide us till date. We are not able to run the vehicle without that cap which causes loss in our business from last three months. Hope you will take this issue seriously and revert us on an urgent basis
