I am waiting for more than 7 months for said parts .maruti has delivered me faulty car with gear box failure. i have reported the dealer who sold the car OMR NEXA CHENNAI also.
i gave back the car to dealer itself they have taken the car to service center initially and gave back with open job card still waiting for parts . i have reported this issue in 700 kms itself that's just weak time i got delivery .
i face a serious break down issue in gear box on high way, they wanted only repair and give it to me they are still doing the repairs when ever i give my gar for service regarding this issue for more than 5 times in this 7 months and work shop people will give me back after 10- 15 days in garbage condition every time they break some thing or the other & scratches dents alover the engin console and front side walls of car while repairing .every time service center say they are still expecting some parts to come once its arrived will call for service . mean wile the car also got into accident because of gearbox failure my self my family are not safe in this car . .. u know they kept my car for more than 2 months around 75 days in service station itself .
and all service centers are clean in taking the car for service for only the free km service coupons
also i observed that the parts they raise in invoice is not replaced in the car i have strong valid proofs
i don't know what to do with this kind of people and the car .i have all proofs still my complain is open only. customer care or officials have no words just keeping silence.
i have not showed my anger also with them i was believing maruti will take care of this issue as days goes now but i lost hope
