Maruti Suzuki India — SB Cars pvt ltd not providing vehicle registration with booked fancy number.

This is regarding the complain against SB Cars for not providing vehicle registration certificate with booked fancy number (UP35AC9090). We approached many time to the SB Car executive but they are unable to give proper clarification. We also put complain on Maruti Suzuki website but nothing moves further, Complain ref no - [protected]. I received a call from SB cars executive and she accepted the mistake that they forget to submit the Fancy number slip to RTO along with Vehicle papers. But they are not ready to correct their mistake and provide us proper registration number.
