I have gone to service my maruti swift car to your dealar m/s rajiv automobiles pvt ltd at muzaffarpur bihar on 28/06/2017 vide my cash memo no bc17003996 for rs 4642.00. When i said that i will pay the amount through s. B. I debit card they refuse to take payment through card and demand me cash only. I said that as per gov. Notification payment should be made through card only but they do not accept. I have so much difficulty to withdraw cash from atm, lastly i have to go bank to withdraw cash.
