I request your service centre to pickup my ertiga car tn 38 bp 0371 for water service. Sofar i gave my car to their service centre for all my services and repair works. But they refused to give pickup and drop failitis even i ready to pay for that pickup and drop services. And also they cut the phone without giving proper reply to me. Ppreviously they provide these facilities to me. Last three services they could not give proper reply to me for service done details but they forced me to give service mark 10 out of 10. Regarding these i argued with them. Because of these reason now they denied these service to me. Rearding these i complaint the customer care manager, he also not reponding properly..
This is not a good business deal. As a customer i need proper reply for these.
