I purchased my new suzuki acess vehicle TN07DB0628, in october 2022. Just after 6 month april 2023, it was not starting.
I went to natwest chennai service center, from april-may they were not able to resolve the issue, and then i complained to Head office. Immediately i recieved a call from service center and they said that this is battey issue we will resolve in 3 days.
I am waiting from last 10 days they are delivering the vehicle with new battery, they gave old battery which is also not working.
I called them and they replied that you complained to head office, now we will play politics and won't resolve the issue Was this information helpful? |
