Dear sir/madam,
I booked dry cleaning and rubbing polishing service for my car wagonr registration no. : hr26aw8859 on 21 june 2017 with a pick and drop service at prem motors private limited (Plot no 3, idc, industrial development area, sector 16, opposite sector-14, gurugram, haryana 122001).
I got a call around 3 pm from my service adviser mr. Ashok, he stated that my car met with an accident after the completion of all the service. They promised me to repair my car for free of cost within 3 working days. I visited their workshop on 24 june 2017 and found my car untouched. It was just parked in the workshop and no repair work started till date. I asked agm mr yogender to send an email with the detailed report on 21 june 2017 but i did not got any satisfying response from him, some how i got an email fro service adviser mr ashok on 26 june only after my repeated requests. He stated that they will take another week to repair my car. Then also i agreed to him in order to get my car repaired. They provided me with the replacement vehicle on 26 june 2017 whose hand brakes is not working. They are delaying the delivery of my vehicle as their is no progress in the repair work so far till date (28 june 2017). I had a word with mr saurav, body shop adviser at around 10:30 am, 28 june 2017 and he stated that they will start the work day after tomorrow on 30 june 2017. They are just creating troubles and doing nothing. My car's rc is with them.
