I send my car maruti ritz for rutine service to authorized dealer m/s stan autos pvt. ltd. ludhiana on dated 11/8/2016.
Dealer pick car from my home for service and issue me vehical pick-up slip without any serial no. or any proper confirmation only with undersigned by driver who pick car for service.
Dealer inform me details of service and confirm rs 8000 to pay as service charges which i accept. and confirm me to return back car after 6 hours.
Later dealer call me and inform me that there is some problem in gear shift and can be repair in guarantee only need to pay 2000 rs extra then service charges and parts will be free as vehical is still in guarantee period.
I confirm them to pay extra money and ask to do all this on time but dealer ask me to return car next day morning for which i agree.
Dealer return my car after 3 days on 14/8/2016 morning at my home at there driver took 10000 rs but not give any bill as he give excuse that car release from service very early in morning so bill was not generated and same they will send me by evening.
Later i check car but gear shift work was not done car was not washed properly nor vacuum inside.
I complaint dealer for the same but they give excuse that they wont find service record so wont repair gear.
My complaint is if they havn't repair gear shift why they charge money for that, my car is in guarantee period why they not give service for parts in guarantee
Follow then several times also i mail to company but got nothing but only a phone call that we will check this matter n revert you soon, but no one give any satisfactory reply. Was this information helpful? |
