Hi,
Despite multiple calls & emails with nexa experience with respect to suzuki connect, i am having a terrible experience with so called premium "NEXA"
The support is not even ready to register a complaint or solve my issue . They are not yet even replying to my emails inspite of muitiple follow ups
I am seeing issues with Suzuki connect showing stale information and this causes the yellow triangle flashing indicator to come on newly purchased XL6(just under 2 months). since Dec 7 . Till now it is not rectified .
I am sorry to state that this is one of worst service being offereed by maruti . This is my third car with Maruti (having had a Alto K 10, then a Ritz and now an XL 6
Please look into this . I am struggling to find help on this
