Maruti Suzuki India — warranty and service fraud

I am shankar gorad from - tasgaon dist - sangli maharashtra we have purchased car from chougule maruti suzuki, sangli showroom maruti suzuki model - wagonr vxi on invoice date of - 29/10/2014,
Car no - mh 10 bm 6864. Since we have been informed regarding warrenty of car i. E, 2 years hence they also informed us regarding extended warrenty for 2 year plan we have pay extra charge hence we agreed so we got total 4 years extended warrenty of car.
Besides i have done all the service check up on regular basis i. E, all 4 service check up of my car. Now we have completed almost 2 and half years of car.
During last check up (I. E, 4th paid check up) i had a issue of collent oil leakage i informed them regading this they replied that you have to pay for that part rs. 3500 to 4500 agreed to pay, which was wrong because my car was under warrenty it has to be free to replace part, but after complete of service and check up he inform me that part is not available hence i asked them to call up when it will be available but they replied they are not sure about this. After that my car was there is body workshop for 4 to 5 days tail lamp work[protected] to[protected] still they were not sure about part and story was same. Finally i informed them to call me whenever part is available up till today i have not received any call about this, hence they have done some bypass solution of leakage and inform me not to use a/c hence after this we follow accordingly, but now at the time of 5 th service we were about to submit my car unfortunately my car was started heating issues because of that part of collent leakage. Hence this chougule maruti suzuki service is pathetic they never guide me regarding this problem of leakage and never solved my issues of leakage. Then what is the use of warranty, besides i have opted extra extended warranty.
Since my 4rth service was done on[protected] running was 23000 km and hence they inform to submit for 5th service after 10, 000 km hence for next service now for 5th service my car is been submitted and running status is 34000 km which is now broken down due to same leakage and heating issue, now this caused major issue and now at chougule maruti suzuki, showroom, vita dist - sangli maharashtra hence they are not agree to sole my issue in warrenty.
Which has to solved in warrenty it is there for 4 years extended warrenty. Now its 3rd year is going on and running is 34000 km. Still they are not agree to solve it.
Besides now they are replying wrong and lieing the staement
(Collent oil is leakage, part needs to replace and customer is not agreed to replace) which is totally wrong and fake, if my part is in warrenty and free or paid and that part is available why would i refuse replace am i mad to refuse since i my self informed them regarding leakage issue to solve and requested to correct it and now because of their worst, bad and pathetic service iam facing big issues.

I will never suggest to my friend and colleague about maruti suzuki to buy nor i will thik again to buy this brand for my self.
Besides why would they ask us to pay extra for warrenty and if service is bad and still not resolving my issue.

Hence if they are not solving my issue in warrenty i will file case in consumer court against chougule maruti suzuki, sangli,
