I met with an accident on14-12-17 near jagtial district in telangana state while i was on the way to nirmal. I rushed to the maruti suzuki workshop maintained by adarsha automobiles. They took 18 days to repair the car & given car to me on 31-12-17 not to my satisfaction. They damaged the right side door of my car while repairing. They gave unrealistic/unconnected estimation to the surveyor o[censored]nited india assurance co. And my insurance is pending as there is no connection between the actual work done and estimates given. This lapse is costing in delay in my claim settlement with insurance co. I furnish following details for doing the needful.
1. My vehicle is swift d'zire bearing no. Ap09cv9820 2. Vehicle repaired at adarsha automobiles pvt ltd, jagtial 3. Manager of workshop - mr ravi-mobile no.[protected] 4. Supervisor of workshop attended the work-mr. Raghu-mobile -[protected] 5. Please look into the matter and take action against your authorised dealer i-e adarsha automobiles, jagtial who are spoiling maruti's name by not providing satisfactory service to your customers.
