Maruti Suzuki India — wrong commitment by dealership at the time of delivery | |||
To Mr. R s kalsi I bought new maruti suzuki ciaz delta petrol on 11 july 2018 from nexa max autos sangrur, punjab. At the time of showroom manager mr. Amit baruta made a deal with me that he will give me discount of ₹10000/- or any accessories. Bcoz another dealership give me more discount than nexa max autos sangrur, when i asked for money or accessories he told me that this money or accessories will give you after the approval of our md. By time being i often went to showroom but he is practising that come next time or we will call you. Another day when i went to showroom that time the thing came in my knowledge that manager mr. Amit baruta left job and new showroom manager mr. Sidhu joins. I went to him and talk about my situation that time md. Mr. Ajay garg also there and he give me full assurance that he will adjust my payment in accessories or give the cash to me. But he also did the same as old showroom manager did. I filled a complaint 3 times on maruti nexa complaint number but no one dare to solve my problem. Thing is that dealership continually doing fraud with clients. No one take any action against them. They thug the innocent people. So kindly look into matter sir. We indian trust maruti more than any other brand in india. These are references no. Of my complaints Nx[protected]. Nx[protected].
