Maruti Suzuki — Insurance claim and spare parts availability | |||
Recently I bought swift dzire zxi but unfortunately in first week itself it met with accident . Complaint was registered with insurance company through authorised dealer i.e peaks auto pvt ltd Srinagar Kashmir . It has been almost 20 days and car has yet not been repaired . The staff at peaks called us several times informing that car is ready but on spot checking it's found that the car was still as it was on first day, They have serously hampared our trust on maruti Suzuki and made us look like fool by joking around . My concern is there anyone listening or will do something about it . Hope it reaches to right people and right department and serious action is taken, meanwhile I ve registered a complaint in consumer court regarding same and a notice will b forwarded to your office soon .
