I have purchased New Maruti k10 vxi on dated[protected] from Goyal motors, Paonta Sahib, himachal pardesh. When I took the car with me to my home, I found the problem of clutch plate and due to diwali eve I came after 4days to the agency complaining about the clutch plate and the smell came from the car. But the agency personel said there is no issue in the car. This whole thing repeated for 4 times again n again when I came to agency regarding the problem. When I came loud to them angrily and said to check once then the engineer said the clutch plates are burnt n need to be replaced and demanding for the money for the replacement of the plates. I refused to give the money as I have purchased the brand new car and not the old one. They said not to complaint in the head office we can resolve the issue by putting half half money equally for the replacement of the plates. Kindly help in this matter. All my work and daily routine is suffering due to this issue.
