Maruti Suzuki — messed up my new maruti suzuki dzire car

my cars rare bumper and tail light got damaged and i raised a claim and i took jamkash srinagar jammu and kashmir 20 days to repair it and when i saw my car, the rare bumper was not properly fitted and they started a fight with me and said this is what we could do and then they tried to fit it many a times but it still is open at one end.there service sucks big time.
