[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki — My Refund is Pending for Rohan Motors

I had bought a Desire VXI from Chattarpur showroom of Rohan Motors on 26/04/2014 after all the payments, they asked me to make extra payment of Rs.40, 000/- which was too be refunded within a three days of delivery. Now people from Chattarpur office are not providing me my refunded amount, saying that the agent from which you bought the car is missing. And they cannot refund until and unless he is available. My EW and RC are also pending.Car Number: DL3CAH 2015 I have attached the visiting card for the dealer from whom I had bought the car. From last 3 months his number is not reachable and Rohan Motors is not able to produce the concern person for my refund. I have attached all the payment receipt which I got from the Rohan Motors. So please interveel in the matter and refund my amount ASAP. If Rohan Motors is not able to communicate from designated person then who gave them the authority to allow such person to publish such a visiting card of Rohan Motors. 4 months has past and still I have not got my refund from Rohan Motors.
