[Resolved] Maruti Suzuki — Negligence of MVV Motors, an Authorized Service Station, Workshop 1/14, Vijay khand, Gomati Nagar, Luckow -1 | |||
To the Manager Maruti Suzuki Moters Limited I am owner of Zen Estilo, Registration No UP32CC 3300, which mileage is 44354 km. I send my vehicle on 06/06/2014 for servicing on MVV Motors, an Authorized Service Station, Workshop 1/14, Vijay khand, Gomati Nagar, Luckow -10 . After complete servicing, your service station charged Rs. 1825. But when my vehicle reached my home, after one hour its give black smoke and become off. When I contact to service station, no proper reply was given by any one and a trainees' mechanic come at home and said that engine of vehicle is sized. I am very much fed- up to listen this. This is total negligence of above Workshop. All responsibility of any defect in vehicle is o n MVV Workshop. Please do necessary action. If I not get proper response, I will do legal action and should lodge FIR against Maruti Suzuki and Workshop. Asha Was this information helpful? | |||
