Maruti Suzuki — No service on road for lady driver from katiariya

We have maruti 800 more than 7yr we are paying for its service at vapi katariya service centre and today when we need there service on road, why it was not possible to service. If they maruti cannot give us the service. They should return our money back that we are paying to them for last seven yr. The servicing that they give is of very low quality, it's just a show off. Low quality oil and parts are used. Our car NO. GJ 15 DD 1733 .
