Maruti Suzuki — Non cooperative and misleading staff

I am Hardev Singh a resident of Paonta Sahib, Distt. Sirmour, Himachal Pradesh. I had been to GOYAL MOTORS for purchasing Swift Dzire VDI, however the staff over there did not guide us properly. Then I had to purchase the car (Swift Dzire UK 07 20k 6492) from Dehradun which is far away from my residence. After 3 months wiper of the car stopped working properly. I visited GOYAL MOTORS 5-6 times for the same problem, but they could not detect the reason behind the problem. Then we had to go to Vikas Nagar, which is nearby and got the problem detected. Then again I came back to GOYAL MOTORS and told them the cause of the problem, even then the staff did not listen to me and no solution was provided. The staff at GOYAL MOTORS is completely misleading and non cooperative. Please let us know whom to approach for the solution of the problem as the problem still persists.
