Maruti Suzuki — Non-Delivery of Vehicle at specific time period

Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked the car on 19-Jul-15 in Competent Automobile Co.Ltd., Najafgarh, New Delhi -43. They promised to delivery the vehicle(Swift Dzire-LDI- Commercial) within 15 days i.e 7-Aug-15. But today they refuse to delivery the car by saying that this model is not in their stock for another more than 15 days.However I continuously following with them to get the car delivered on time. Also note that last Sunday (2-Aug-15), I have also visited to their showroom, at that time they told that it will be delivered within week. This is really bad experience to deal with Maruti's dealers & it will definitely effect the goodwill of great company (Maruti Suzuki). Also note that due to this I am incurring too much monetary losses because as per their commitment, I have already hired a cab driver as well as signed multiple contract with companies towards rental of this car from 10-Aug-15. I Just want to know that who will bear these losses which are incurred on me due to their wrong commitment? As per my suggestion there should fine levied on this dealer for their wrong commitment & misguiding the customers. So going forward no one suffered like me. Also requested to get arrange to deliver the car on time.
